Canon will be releasing S95′s successor this Nov and rumored to be approximately USD 430. As compared to the S95,  S100 gives full 1080HD , has a CMOS sensor instead of CCD (charged couple device), GPS for picture tagging, from 10 Megapixel to 12 and  an upgrade of 24mm-120mm.
